KURT T. WILCZEK
Property Manager

Kurt Wilczek joined Zeller Realty Group in March of 2008 as the Property Manager of Wells Fargo Plaza and the Highland Bank building located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Wells Fargo Plaza is a 443,759 SF Class A office building and the Highland Bank building is 54,769 SF office building. Kurt is responsible for the financial reporting, tenant retention efforts, and all operational aspects of the project.
Prior to joining Zeller, Wilczek worked for a real estate software firm, where he utilized his real estate background to lead a number of different initiatives. They included software design and development, direct sales and performing consulting for large real estate clients. Before working in real estate software Wilczek was the Director of Commercial Property Management for a family owned real estate group where he was responsible for overseeing a mixed used portfolio totaling over 1,000,000 SF.
Wilczek began his real estate career in 2000 with Zeller Realty Group as the Assistant Property Manager of the International Centre Complex a 612,421 SF Class A office building located in the Minneapolis CBD. He was responsible for reporting functions, tenant relations as well as all day-to-day operations.
Wilczek is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance. He also earned his RPA designation from BOMA and is currently working to attain his CPM designation from IREM. In addition, he is an active member of both organizations and is also active in the S.C.S.U. Alumni organization.
