ROBERT M. ("Bob") SIX

As EVP of Marketing, Leasing and Operations, Bob Six is engaged in property acquisition, marketing, leasing, management and operations for all the ZRG entities and properties. He joined ZRG in 2001 as a VP. Prior to working at ZRG, Mr. Six was a SVP in the Leasing and Management Group for Chicago-based real estate conglomerate Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. Prior to JLL, Mr. Six was with COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc. (now part of JLL). Previously, he was SVP and Director of Leasing/Urban Properties for U.S. Equities Realty, Inc., overseeing their Downtown Chicago third-party leasing portfolio. Early career experience included positions with both Grubb & Ellis Company and Stroebeck, Reiss and Company as a Leasing Specialist. Mr. Six sits on the Board of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago ("BOMA/Chicago"), where he is also Chairman of the Information Committee. Mr. Six is a member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association ("GNMAA") where he also serves as the Vice-chairman of the Commercial Property Manager’s Council. Mr. Six also serves on the Board of the Chicago Office Leasing Broker’s Association ("COLBA") and is a past President (2004). Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board of the Commercial Real Estate Organization ("CREO") and formerly was on its Board of Directors. Mr. Six is also a past President of CREO (1990 and 1991) and the Real Estate Consortium (1991). Mr. Six has been a guest lecturer on the commercial real estate industry in the MBA programs of both Roosevelt and Northwestern Universities and the Illinois CPA Society.
