MARY BURNTON
Vice President - Leasing

Mary Burnton joined Zeller Realty Group in 2001 and was responsible for leasing One Financial Plaza, International Centre and Pondview Plaza, a portfolio totaling over 1,000,000 square feet in the downtown and suburban Minneapolis markets. Among her successes, she fully leased Pondview Plaza, negotiating over ten transactions within a six month period, bringing occupancy from 35% to 100%. Burnton is currently focusing on tenant representation and special projects within the Twin Cities office market, offering twenty years of commercial real estate experience to her portfolio of clients.

Prior to joining Zeller Realty Group, Burnton was the leasing director for Eagle Ridge Partners, a Minneapolis-based asset management and development firm.

Prior to Eagle Ridge Partners, Burnton was a leasing specialist for LaSalle Partners, now Jones Lang LaSalle, in the Twin Cities.

Burnton earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Dakota and her MBA in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
