The objective is to incorporate the long-term goals for the asset with the daily decision-making of the individuals personally involved in the ownership of the property. In this manner, ZRG creates a personal incentive for each team member to maximize the long-term goals and objectives of the Business Plan for the asset with the best short-term implementation decision. Each asset has a specific Business Plan created at the inception of the investment and all members of the team are responsible for providing their respective input to the goals, objectives, and assumptions that make up the plan.

Underscoring their belief in longevity, many of the Zeller Realty Group^® senior management staff have been with the company since 1988, while others have joined ZRG from a variety of highly respected real estate firms. These individuals have broad and extensive experience in their respective disciplines. The senior management members of ZRG have been involved in all aspects of real estate investing and have experienced a complete "conception to completion" cycle for numerous properties in the Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Indianapolis/Carmel markets. ZRG provides all of the direct skills necessary for acquisition, financial analysis, debt and equity capital sourcing, marketing and leasing, property management, asset management, development and construction management, accounting, reporting, and disposition.

Zeller Realty Group^® and its affiliates have offices located in Chicago, Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, and Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana. Based in Chicago, the ZRG companies operate from their corporate headquarters building at 401 North Michigan Avenue. The Minneapolis headquarters is based at LaSalle Plaza, 800 LaSalle Avenue, in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
